Buzz, Brag & Bee Happy Friday- December 3rd

Happy Friday, and welcome to Buzz, Brag and Bee Happy! This is the spot where the HoneyBees share what is happening, and invite you to do the same! What is your Good News?

This week I have Good News to share.... and appreciation to the HoneyBees for caring so much for their Queen Bee. They have been caring for me, and the postings of the blog, during my recent illness, and making sure you have been getting some wonderful inspiration. I am feeling much better, and am looking forward to moving forward to the holidays! The top photo is of the vinyl project that I had hoped to share with you last week. The instructions are now on my personal blog, and if you click on the photo it will take you there! The SVG file for the pattern is available, if you can use it, as well. {More Good News!} The second photo is from Digital Delight's new releases that came out today, and this is a Pregnancy Journal that I did for my daughter-in-love who is having a baby girl! Cute, huh? {More Good News} Hubby had very successful cataract surgery today, and I am very grateful. What good news would you like to share in the hive?

I love Buzz, Brag & Bee Happy Fridays! Friday is my favorite day of the week...I was born on a Friday as was my dh and both of our daughters. I suppose we each were ready for the weekend *wink*. I especially look forward to the first Friday of each month because that is the day I get together with 3 very special paper-crafty girlfriends. We call ourselves the "Design Divas." Sometimes we plan a theme/challenge to be completed for the next meeting. Today we are going to swap ATCs. Wanna see mine?
I cut the Eiffel Tower with my Cricut.

I love Buzz, Brag and Be Happy Fridays!!..It gives me a chance to Buzz and or Brag. As for being Happy, why not? Sure beats being down in the dumps. I would like to share with you a card I made using a digital stamp from our sponsor, Fred, She Said. This is the first time I'm using a pre-colored image and I must say, I found my new love!..The colors are so vivid when printed they just make my card come alive. Because I used matted cardstock, I used a light coating of Liquid Glass over the cardinal. I printed the stamp twice and cut out the holly and cardinal which was then popped for dimension. I love how this digital stamp also came with a colored background. I used Nestibilities for perfect framing of my digital stamp. I love coloring and have so many different mediums to accomplish the job. However, for the color and time this digital saved me, I will now be looking at more of those pre-colored stamps from Fred, She Said.

Hi everyone! Honey Bee Courtney Lee reporting for buzzing and bragging!

So, I was absolutely THRILLED to open up the Chirp! e-magazine and see my Thanksgiving Box inside of it! This is what was featured:

That happened last week, but I was cooking Thanksgiving for the family and didn't get it in for last week's buzzin' news! Here is a quick picture of my wonderful family! I am the girl furthest to the right. :)

I like to think that "my success" is all of our successes - for everyone who started out with their grandmother or husband as their first follower. :) So ladies, we rock! :) I'm doing my best to represent you and just want to thank you for your support! I'm in the stands cheerleading for you too!

Next I want to let everyone know that we are having a blog hop tomorrow on the 4th and there will be lots of candy! So hop on by to my blog here if you have the time and join in the fun!

Good morning Honey Bees love checking in with you gals on Friday, only problem is I am always late ;-).
Today I am going to share a card I did with Fred She Said chickadee image yesterday.....Love this image.

On Wednesday my daughter and I decided to make Christmas Spiders for our trees, now neither of us are big fans of spiders but these are pretty and there is a story that goes with them.

The Legend of the Christmas Spider
Long ago in Germany, a mother prepared for Christmas Eve. She
cleaned and scrubbed her home, chasing the spiders from the living room
with her broom. The spiders fled to the attic and listened to the
excitement below as the Christmas tree was put up and decorated. When
all was quiet again, the little spiders crept back downstairs to see the
beautiful tree. They were filled with happiness as they crawled along
every branch, admiring the glittering beauty of each ornament. But
alas, by the time they had finished climbing through the tree, it was
completely draped with their dusty, gray cobwebs.
When the Christ child came, He smiled as He looked upon the happy
little spiders, however, He knew the mother would be heartbroken when
she saw the shrouded tree. So He reached out and touched the webs and,
blessing them, turned them into silver and gold. Now the Christmas tree
sparkled and shimmered and was even more beautiful than before.
Thus the custom to have tinsel of silver and gold and a spider
ornament amongst the other decorations on the Christmas tree was born.

Okay that is my share for this week hope everyone has a great week-end.

Wowy, fantastic projects, seriously! I love the diversity of them because I feel that's where true inspiration comes in, at least for ME! Roe, I would never for one second have thought that a printed, precolored digital image could turn out so great, but you made it happen! I'm so glad that everything is going so much better for you, Betty!!
